Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because many of our items are made-to-order or customized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized products.

Tumblers (engraved or custom)

  • All tumbler sales are final

  • Due to the permanent nature of engraving and food-use safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been completed

Hats (engraved or custom)

  • Custom or engraved hats are final sale

  • Please double-check sizing, style, and spelling before placing your order

Laser Blanks & Uncustomized Items

  • Unused, blank items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unused

    • In original condition

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Fidgets & Small Sensory Items — Safety Disclaimer

  • Intended for adult use only

  • Contains small and/or breakable parts

  • Choking hazard — not suitable for children

  • By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for use

  • Use at your own discretion and risk
